UEI Global institute organised food festival- “The Salad Mania” at their premises in Feroze Gandhi Market on Wednesday. Navneet Chitkara Director of UEI Global Ludhiana along with Abhinav Asthana (Assistant Manager Learning) Hyatt Regency Ludhiana inaugurated the Festival here today.  The parents of the all the new students registered in the current session were invited to taste the food items prepared by their wards.

The Salad Mania, turned out to be great feast for Salad Lovers as Salads  from across the world  made way onto the tables on the premises of UEI Global College.On the Display was Spanish Savoury Salad, Red Bean Tofu Delight, Italian Elbow and groundnut, Cocktail Fruit Russian delight, Rawalpindi Channa Chatak, Pineapple cheese Sticks,Mexican Corn Papad Masala.

Talking about the Fest , Nishant Chitkara Deputy Director and Vijay sharma Sales Head  said  Salad Mania was an activity to promote Innovations and build creativity of Budding Chefs. Chef Vivek Mishra said “Our Goal is to provide an ultimate experience of learning international dishes to our students

Fresh Batch Students  Bhavya Arora, Lakshit, Arav Gupta , Arshveer Kaur,Simranjeet Kaur Vansh Tangri,Harjot Singh , Vikram Sahi, Gurpratap Singh, Kartar Singh  and their Seniors Vipul rajput, Jessica Jain, Devika, Ram Ahluwalia, Uma Chhabra,Hemal, Sagar,Munish, Gurvinder, Rahul Sharma, Rahul Thapa preapred different salads for the Guests. Director and CEO Navneet Chitkara Said that the Salad Mania was a grand Success and we will have plenty of food festivals in coming months.
