Fred\'s Closing

Discount store chain fred's is making a second round of store closings amd once again several area cities are touched.

This fred's in starkville is among the locations targeted in this new round of cuts.

Other area stores closing are in amory, corinth, oxford, and the last remaining fred's in tupelo.

The aliceville alabama store is also on thursday's list.

The 104 stores announced today will start going out of business sales immediately and will close by the end of june.
