ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee on Wednesday said she was 'aghast' that there were no rape/incest exceptions in the Alabama abortion bill.

Alabama lawmakers on Tuesday passed a bill that would criminalize nearly all abortions in the state, and Governor Kay Ivey signed it into law on Wednesday.

The bill bans all abortion unless the woman's life is in danger, including in cases of rape or incest.
