Girl with the dragon tattoo: Harriet Wran shows off her substantial forearm ink as she escapes jail after being caught with ice and stolen goods in her car
- Harriet Wran, daughter of former NSW Premier Neville Wran, has escaped jail
- Woman, 31, pleaded guilty last month to possessing drugs and goods in custody
- Wran has been fined $550 and given a 12 month community corrections order
- She was jailed for two years in 2014 for her role in a robbery, which led to murder
Harriet Wran has escaped jail after admitting to possessing ice and stolen goods, less than three years after she was released from custody over her role in the robbery and murder of a Sydney drug dealer.
As she walked out of Wyong Local Court on Wednesday, Wran, 31, had a colourful tattoo on her left forearm, featuring a scaled creature with a dragon-esque face.
Her tattoos are rarely seen, with Wran wearing long sleeves to past court appearances and her father Neville's funeral.
Wran was arrested on the NSW Central Coast on March 27. She pleaded guilty in April to possessing drugs, goods in custody and not displaying P-plates.
She was fined $550 for the drug and P-plate offences and was handed a 12-month community corrections order for the goods on premises offence.
Magistrate Caleb Franklin said the drug and P-plate offences were unremarkable and noted the small quantity of the drug involved.
Wran had been in a rehabilitation facility in Sydney's inner-west since her arrest on March 27, and is believed to have finished her treatment earlier this month. She is now participating in a three-month residential program at another facility.

Court papers revealed Wran was stopped by highway patrol officers after being seen driving a Holden ute in an industrial estate on the Pacific Highway at North Wyong.
Officers searched Wran's ute and allegedly found 0.96 grams of crystal methamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia and more than 30 other items.
Among the suspected stolen items police found six credit and debit cards, three mobile phones, six laptops, an iPad, unopened mail and an academic transcript.
Police alleged all the items were stolen during a recent spate of break and enters in the area.
Court papers also showed that since Wran was released from prison in September 2016, she had been receiving an $800-a-fortnight payment from a family trust fund.
Wran's latest drama comes two-and-a-half years after she was released from prison.
She was jailed for two years for her role in a robbery, which led to the murder of drug dealer Daniel McNulty in August 2014.

Wran was with her ex-boyfriend Michael Lee and his friend Lloyd Haines when they spontaneously robbed Mr McNulty at his inner-Sydney housing commission flat.
A struggle broke out and 37-year-old Lee stabbed Mr McNulty to death.
Lee was sentenced to at least 13 years for the 'senseless' stabbing murder.
Haines, 31, who knew Lee had a knife but did not think he would use it, was jailed for at least 11 years.
Wran was arrested after a sleepless six-day ice bender.
She said she thought the men would only rob Mr McNulty, not kill him.
She was convicted of being an accessory after the fact.
Her father Neville Wran was the Premier of NSW from 1976 to 1986. He died in April 2014, aged 87.
