The A5104 and B5437 - known as four crosses - near Corwen is blocked as a result of the crash.
Police confirmed they were called to the scene at around 3.33pm.

Woman flown to Stoke Hospital
A woman has been flown to hospital in Stoke following the crash.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said:
We were called today at approximately 3.40pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a lorry near Ty’n Llidiart Industrial Estate, Corwen.
“We responded with two emergency ambulances and an air ambulance, where one person was taken by air ambulance to Stoke Hospital.”

Female casualty
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to the scene at around 3.42pm and sent fire engines from Corwen and Ruthin, as well as the technical rescue unit from Wrexham.
One female casualty was removed from the vehicle and passed to the care of the ambulance service.
The A5104 is closed.
