Previously on the market for $4.75 million, the property will now be sold to the highest bidder who meets or exceeds the auction's $2.075m reserve bid. Luxury real estate auction house Platinum Luxury Auctions is handling the sale in cooperation with New Jersey listing brokerage Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby's International Realty.
