Hotel launches Australia's first 'charity suite' - where guests can enjoy pink Champagne, breakfast in bed and all-you-can-eat ice cream for breast cancer research

  • The Langham Hotel in Sydney has launched Australia's first charity suite
  • All money raised by guests purchasing the room will go to Pink Hope foundation
  • The charity aims to help women and their families diagnosed with cancer
  • It costs $900 per couple per night to stay in the luxury, VIP access room

The Langham Hotel has transformed one of their guest rooms into a charity suite complete with flowing pink champagne, a free mini bar, breakfast in bed and valet parking.

The $900 a night room in Sydney, called The Pink Hope Suite, is in conjunction with breast and ovarian cancer charity Pink Hope, with all proceeds from the sales of this room going directly to the foundation.

Guests of the space will be treated to a full VIP experience, and will be greeted with pink decor the likes of which would make the perfect Instagram shot.

Drawn to the work of Pink Hope because of their own young daughters, both The Langham's General Manager, Gaylord Lamy, and Director of Sales and Marketing, Lachlan Harris, got behind the idea when looking for unique ways to promote their work.
