Lucknow: Man on the run for 4 years nabbed by STF

LUCKNOW: Sleuths of Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UPSTF) nabbed a miscreant carrying cash reward of Rs 1 lakh from New Delhi on late Tuesday night.
The miscreant arrested was identified as Satish Mishra (44) who was a native of Sitapur and was named in over 36 cases of dacoity, loot, including murder registered against him in 3 districts- Lucknow, Sitapur and Hardoi.

Senior Superintendent of Police (STF) Abhishek Singh said that Mishra was on the run from 2014. "He had escaped twice from the custody of the police and was living in Delhi with his family. Mishra has been named in kidnapping of businesses man son Ashok Agarwal from Madiaon in Lucknow," added Singh.
STF officials also said that Mishra used to own fake driving licences issued in the names of Pramod Mishra and Ramesh Mishra. Four flats in Haryana were also found to be registered in the name of Satish, added officials.
