Both Mr. Kantoci and Mr. Love joined in April 2019 and will be working out of Spearhead's principal offices in Wellington, Florida.

Prior to joining Spearhead, Mr. Kantoci was based in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur at IBU Labs where he directed the development of predictive data analytics for the cryptocurrency and foreign exchange markets. Previously, as the Sr. Manager of Operations at Scanabilities Ventures, Mr. Kantoci managed the daily operations and technological development for an electronics medical records provider. Having transitioned to the information technology industry, Mr. Kantoci served as COO of KanDar Enterprises, where he held several roles overseeing all business operations and maintaining Fortune 50 client relationships across the US. Mr. Kantoci began his career in the financial services industry as a Client Administration Specialist and Team Leader with U.S. Trust in Boston.

Prior to joining Spearhead, Mr. Love worked in a global shareholder services role at Goldman Sachs. In this role, Mr. Love assisted in conducting KYC/AML due diligence on individual and institutional accounts. Mr. Love previously worked for Deutsche Bank as a client service operator where his focus was on ensuring that all clients were compliant according to FATCA and Dodd-Frank. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Murray State University and graduated in December 2013. Mr. Love has also earned the CFA Institute Investment Foundations certificate.
