HYDERABAD: Two
Cyberabad traffic volunteers, on Monday night helped three accident victims in two separate incidents, shifted them to hospital and alerted the police under Cyberabad limits.
Rajashekar Chinnam, an employee with a start-up was on his way back home after finishing his traffic volunteering saw two persons lying unconscious on the roadside at
Mokila in Shankarpally area.
Though he tried calling 108 ambulances, he claimed that the number was busy. Rajashekar who carries a first aid box in his car gave the basic medication and alerted the cops.
One of the victims was shifted in the police car, while Rajashekar took the other victim in his car.
While, another accident occurred near Nallagandla flyover when a two-wheeler dashed a drunk pedestrian.
Jagadeeshan, who works as a manager in ICICI bank in
Gachibowli is also a traffic volunteer with Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) Cyberabad.
When the 108 ambulance did not respond, Jagadeeshan alerted the cops on
WhatsApp group and with the help of police shifted the victim to a hospital in an auto.
The good samaritans traffic volunteers, Rajasekhar and Jagadeeshan who provided information to the police immediately after the accident were appreciated and congratulated by the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, VC Sajjanar.
