Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, The Radharaman group, which is renowned Campus Placement Institute for more than one decade, has once again given a chance to students for good placement. An Open Campus was organized recently by the world’s leading company, Tenneco India in group’s premises.
Students of Diploma of Mechanical Engineering were invited in this campus. Students from different engineering colleges of the state, including Radharaman took part in the campus throughout the day.
After the written examination and Group Discussion, company official took personal interview of shortlisted candidates. The 32 students who passed through this interview were finalized for appointment by the company.
RR Saxena, chairman of the Radharaman Group, has said that the identity of the group in whole central India is not only for excellent academic results, but it is also known for placement.
If the figures for the past three years have been viewed, 520 companies have organized campus placements in this group, in which 5382 students are selected. The maximum package offered was up to Rs 24 lakh annually.
The major reason for this success is the industry-related skills which are taught during the academic studies, which are seek by all the companies in a candidate.
This group also plays a role in providing employment to the students studying in other institutes. Besides, various training programs, industry visits and expert lectures are organized by the group to make students industry-ready.
This makes students eligible for direct employment in the industry by the completion of their studies.
