Haryana minister Anil Vij compares Mamata Banerjee to gangster

Anil Vij
AMBALA: Haryana state cabinet minister Anil Vij on Tuesday posted a tweet about West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in which he compared her to a gangster.
On Tuesday, at 11.00am, Vij tweeted, "#MamataBanerjee is behaving like a Gangster of a criminal Gang and not like a Chief Minister of #WestBengal. That is why election violence is continuing there unabated."

This reaction of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader came after the Supreme Court on Tuesday granted bail to the BJP Yuva Morcha leader Priyanka Sharma, who was arrested for posting a meme on West Bengal CM Banerjee.
Commenting about his tweet minister Vij said, "The violence during the election process in West Bengal is a clear signal that she is not behaving like a Chief Minister of the state but a gangster of a criminal gang and this is the reason that election violence is continuously happening over there. The Election Commission has conducted peaceful elections throughout the country and even in those notorious states where the violence used to take place during elections have remained peaceful. But the violence is happening in West Bengal due to the behaviour of Mamata Banerjee acting as a gangster."
While attacking Banerjee over her saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the reason behind violence in WB, minister Vij said, "Maintaining law and order in the state is the responsibility of the state government."
As per sources, the court granted the bail to BJP leader Priyanka on a condition that she should tender an apology in this matter.
Priyanka had allegedly shared on social media an edited photo of West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on a picture of Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra from the last week's MET Gala event in New York City, following which she was arrested on May 10 and was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Following the custody Sharma had moved to the top court.
When questioned about Kamal Haasan calling Nadhu Ram Godse as the first Hindu terrorist of independent India, Vij said, "Hindu can never be a terrorist, whoever commits murder cannot be called a terrorist.

Kamal Haasan has a lack of knowledge, he has a hobby of acting and he is trying to act as a leader, but he does not posses the knowledge. Many murders have been committed but all of the murderers cannot be called as terrorists." Vij questioned, "Lakhs of people were murdered during the separation of India and will they also be called terrorists?"
While talking to media, Vij accused Congress leadership of nepotism and said, "In Congress party there are no senior leaders except the Gandhi family. Those are only the family members of Gandhi or Nehru who can stay on the top posts of Congress party and they never let any leader of there own party to grow big in politics. It is the party which destroys career of their own leaders if Gandhi family notices them of attaining status."
