Dancing With the Stars is finally bringing a little sparkle back to the fall TV schedule.
ABC has announced its upcoming fall 2019 lineup, meaning it's time to take stock of whether your favorites made the cut and get to know the new shows vying for your attention. One thing hasn't changed: Mondays will be anchored by Dancing With the Stars, making a long-awaited return after skipping its spring season this year, at 8/7c, followed by The Good Doctor at 10/9c.
Tuesday will see the debut of black-ish's spin-off mixed-ish, which forms a block with its parent show in the 9/8c hour, leading into the new Allison Tolman thriller Emergence. Lake Bell's Bless This Mess also joins the night at 8:30/7:30c. Wednesday's comedy block stays put, and will lead into Cobie Smulders' new drama Stumptown at 10/9c.
There will be a change on Thursdays as the network breaks up the typical TGIT block of Shonda Rhimes dramas. Sandwiched between veteran series Grey's Anatomy (now in its 16th season) at 8/7c and How to Get Away With Murder at 10/9c will be Season 2 of A Million Little Things.
Sorry Constance Wu -- Fresh Off the Boat stays on Friday nights, but will now be paired with American Housewife. They'll be followed by two hours of 20/20. Season 2 of The Rookie will move to Sundays at 10/9c. Sundays will also be the home of an all-new Kids Say the Darndest Things hosted by Tiffany Haddish.
Other notable returns include Roseanne spin-off The Conners and the 11th and final season of Modern Family.

MIDSEASON
ABC is waiting until midseason to launch the new dramas The Baker and the Beauty and For Life, and the new comedy United we Fall. The network did not mention when Station 19, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and American Idol would return. And of course, you can bet we'll see more of The Bachelor in the new year.
