BHOPAL: Rajeev Gandhi NationalTechnical University is organising an inter-university Khadi Fashion Show cum competition on the October 1 to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. All the private and government colleges of the state are being invited to this competition.
Competition coordinator Archana Tiwari told that the competition Abhikalpan-Transforming Khadi- An Ageless Adventure is being organised to develop interest of the youths towards khadi. The competition will be organised in four stages: Sankriti, Vastrakriti, Alankaran and Khadi. The winners, runner-ups and second runner-up will be given Grand, Golden and Silver prizes respectively. The interested students can register themselves on-line from May 15 to June 15.
