For many years the only time you would actually see most people from your childhood was at a school reunion.????Thanks to social media, now people can reconnect with ease, and recreate their memories.????Kevin Bennett found an old picture of his 1979 soccer team.

He decided to take it along to a friend’s surprise 50th birthday party, and then decided a reunion would be a great way to mark his own upcoming 50th birthday.????The group photo was taken at Excalibur Primary School, in Cheshire, and Kevin decided he wanted to get the whole group back together to recreate this moment in time.????So he spent four months tracking down his old teammates on social media, one of the classmates was difficult to find but thanks to a friend they found him working in Panama, even he agreed to come back to Excalibur Primary School for a photo.????Everyone arrived in their new uniforms, which replicated their ones from childhood.????Kevin told SWNS, “Some of us have lost a bit of hair and put on a few pounds but the team spirit and camaraderie was still the same.

It was a great and emotional day.”????And it sounds like a good way to mark 50 years.??
