PITTSBURGH, May 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Indianapolis, Ind., has developed THE SHOE TAB, patent pending, a shoe accessory designed to prevent the hem of pant legs from entering the heel of the shoes when walking or rising from a seated position. A prototype is available.

"I got tired of my pant legs falling into the back of my shoes. It is an everyday occurrence that has become really annoying. I developed my invention to solve this problem," said the inventor. THE SHOE TAB prevents the hem of a pant leg from entering the interior of the shoes. In turn, this eliminates the need to continually stop throughout the day to reposition pants, jeans, khakis or trousers. The style/design of the accessory offers wearers a "fly" or "fresh" look when wearing jeans, pants, khakis or trousers with various shoes. The accessory offers a discreet design that won't interfere with the fit of the shoe. Ultimately, this accessory may offer comfort to wearers. It may appeal to the general population, but especially teenagers and trendy individuals.

The original design was submitted to the Indianapolis sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
