Entrance portal reopened for non-Keralites

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has reopened the online application facility for entrance to architecture, medical, pharmacy and allied courses in the State.

The facility on the KEAM-2019 portal will recommence on Monday to enable non-Keralite candidates (category II) to apply for MBBS courses in self-financing colleges. The move comes in the wake of a Supreme Court judgement that permitted the inclusion of candidates from other States in the admission process. A petition submitted by the Kerala Private Medical College Management Association paved way for the judgement.

Besides, the application facility will also be open for candidates, who had already registered, but wished to include Architecture, B.Pharm. and/or medical and allied courses to their applications. It will also enable candidates to upload supporting documents in cases in which they were not done or were inadequate.

The facility will remain open in www.cee.kerala.gov.in until 5 p.m. on May 20. The detailed notification has been published on the web portal. Further details can be obtained by contacting helplines: 0471-2332123, 2339101, 2339102, 2339103, 2339104.
