Congress leader Jignesh Mewani hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over ‘Khan Market gang’ jibe on Sunday. Mewani wrote on his Twitter account, "Now Modi has a problem with so-called ‘khan market gang’ as it is apparently the only real face of liberal bourgeoisie it seems Lekin apne best friends: Ambani, Adani aur Vedanta Gang ko poora desh bech daalna toh ‘pro-poor’ hai.” The prime minister made these remarks during an interview to a leading newspaper. He said, “ Khan Market gang has not created my image by my tapasya did."
