The Greater Chennai Corporation, in association with Citizen Consumer and Civic Action Group and Kuppai Matters, will conduct “zero waste Chennai door-to-door campaign” for solid waste management on Sunday. According to a press release, volunteers will raise awareness on the segregation of waste. Events will be held at 7 a.m. at Anna Park in Royapuram, Anna Nagar Tower Park and Kasturba Nagar Community Hall.
Kuppai Matters is a collaborative platform for the residents of Chennai to garner public opinion and to ensure that “no one is left behind” in the process.
