Infant, two women die after bus rams auto

HASSAN: A three-month old infant girl was among the three who died instantaneously after a KSRTC bus rammed into an auto the trio was travelling in near Hagare in Belur taluk on Saturday evening. Lakshmamma, 51, Chandrakala, 31 are the two other victims. Three other passengers travelling on the auto are reportedly critical and undergoing treatment at a district hospital, police said. All the passengers in the auto were residents of Rangakoppalu village, cops added.
The Chikkamagaluru-bound bus started its journey in Mysuru.
