Cong, JD(S) scared of BJP devil: KSE

Hubballi: Congress is suffering from the fear of ‘BJP devil’ and targeting us for all their failures, said BJP leader K S Eshwarappa. He spoke to reporters at Chennapur village of Kundgol assembly constituency on Friday.
“Scared by the ‘BJP devil’, Congress and JD(S) leaders are playing a drama of crying with the illusion of getting votes from people. After former prime minister HD Deve Gowda, chief minister H D Kumaraswamy and Revanna cried, now water resources minister D K Shivakumar is following the same in Kundgol. Next Siddaramaiah may also cry. They are doing this thanks to the support being extended by commoners towards BJP,” he added.

Giving another instance of the ‘BJP devil’, Eshwarappa said though BJP had not fielded its candidate in Mandya, Congress and JD(S) leaders had alleged that former MLA and Congress leader Cheluvarayaswamy had supported BJP.
“As BJP wave is high in both Kundgol and Chincholi constituencies, the Congress in-charge for Karnataka prepared a list of 87 leaders for both the constituencies. The irony is that no Congress leader is spending much time to campaign. Even if D K Shivakumar spends a huge hefty amount in Kundgol, people will vote for BJP,” he said.
