Actor Michael Fassbender says he had a great time working with actress Jessica Chastain in "Dark Phoenix".

Fassbender is known for playing powerful mutant Erik M. Lehnsherr, also known as Magneto. He will be back in "Dark Phoenix".

"It was great to have Chastain join us. We didn't really have a lot of scenes together; just a few moments together in the final act of the movie," Fassbender said in a statement.

"She is present with Jean, and so it mainly was acting beats that I had any interaction with her character, to be fair. It's a very technical aspect to it, you've got to make sure that the timings are right and knowing that a lot of things are going to be added in later, it's making sure those rhythms are correct. It's a very technical exercise, more than anything else," he added.

Fox Star India will release "Dark Phoenix" in the country in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu on June 5.

"Dark Phoenix" is said to be the "culmination" of all the movies made under the X-Men franchise. It will see the mutants including Professor Xavier Charles (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Fassbender) divided over whether to save or destroy Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) as her powers get dangerously out of control.
