The airline previously flew to South Africa’s main industrial and commercial center but stopped flights in 2015 when continued operations stood on a knife’s edge at the time.
The planned flight will be operated with a Boeing B737-800NG aircraft serving the route at first twice a week. From Antananarivo connecting flights across the island will be available linking to such destinations like Nose Bay.
The airline has greatly improved since joining a partnership with Reunion- based Air Austral.
