Brand new since 6- the city of utica held an open house at the delta hotels tonight, to give residents a chance to give their opinions on the city's draft application for a downtown revitalization initiative grant.

The dri grant is a 10 million dollar grant awarded to a city by the state...cities are selected based on need.

Tonight there were boards set up with different categories..

Downtown inclusion, job growth, environment, and quality of life.

Residents were asked to stick dots next the category they felt was most important.
