And on Friday, the model - who is the girlfriend of shock jock Kyle Sandilands - posted a heartfelt message about the painful struggle she and others go through with their mental health.
The 27-year-old reposted a meme on Instagram in the form of a lengthy text message, which has various lines crossed out in yellow to illustrate how people with mental illness often keep the truth of their suffering to themselves.
