'I am infertile': Bride slams 'extremely insensitive' guest who gave her a pregnancy test and baby clothing as a wedding gift
- An anonymous bride has revealed her 'insensitive' wedding gift on social media
- A guest decided to give her a pregnancy test and some onesies to take home
- This was a particularly awful present because she doesn't want to have children
- And even if she wanted to the bride actually found out she is infertile too
A bride has been left furious after a guest at her wedding gifted her a pregnancy test, dummies and baby clothing.
The woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, posted about the gift on Twitter and later in a Facebook wedding group, shaming the guest for being so 'insensitive'.
'Someone gave me a pregnancy test, pacifiers, and onesies as a wedding gift and that is just super inappropriate,' the bride wrote.

To make the gift even more problematic she had decided not to have children with her new husband.
'Even if I wanted children (which I don't) I am infertile and a gift like that is extremely insensitive.'
As some people in the comments started to defend the guest for possibly not realising she had infertility issues, the bride hurried to clear up the miscommunication.
'Yes these people know I'm infertile and they know I don't want to have kids,' she said.
'They keep telling me over and over again I'll change my mind or that I'm being selfish and immature for not having kids. I have repeatedly asked them not to bring it up.'
After the explanation, many commenters were horrified by the present choice.

'Wow that's f***ing terrible. I remember for our shower, my husband's aunt got us three gifts: Margarita glasses to celebrate that day, lingerie for the honeymoon and a onesie "for later". We were traumatised,' one person said.
'That's icky. I'd delete that person from my life,' another said.
A third added: 'When has baby stuff EVER been suitable as a wedding gift? Shocking that anyone would be so ignorant! Wow'.
