BHOPAL: Dubbing Congress candidate as unreliable and hypocrite, BJP nominee from Bhopal parliamentary seat Sadhvi Pragya Thakur said that DNA of Digvijaya Singh was “defective”. Refusing to treat Digvijaya Singh as father figure, Sadhvi said, “Singh called me daughter but I refuse to treat him like father as he is not reliable.” Sadhvi said.  Addressing the government employees at Vallabh Bhawan on Friday, a day after Digvijaya tendered apology for hurting them during his chiefministership, the BJP candidate terming it a poll gimmick said that the former CM was now recalling the pain he had caused to hundreds of his staffers.

“Nearly 28,000 employees were removed at one go. Same Digvijaya Singh is now apologizing after 15 years, it is nothing but his hypocrisy. At that time, I was in ABVP. Digvijaya Singh was responsible for the sufferings of 28,000 government employees families,” said the BJP candidate on last day of poll campaign. Bhopal will go to polls on Sunday.

In a bid to win back the confidence of the government employees, whom he had failed earlier, Digvijaya had visited secretariat on Thursday and apologised for ‘hurting’ them during his tenure as Chief Minister. The very next day, Sadhvi came to the disgruntled lot and dubbed Digvijaya’s apology as poll ploy. “Employees as well as I myself are victim of Digvijaya Singh and even entire country is his victim. Earlier, Uma Bhrati had defeated Digvijaya Singh.

Now we have to finish him politically as he again appeared in political field after completing his 15-year “Vanvas,” said Sadhvi “Digvijaya Singh tortured me for 10 years. By the grace of God, I have been pitted against such a personality in poll fray after 15 years. Even Digvijaya Singh might not have anticipated this but it is all destiny. So we have to teach him lesson. It is Digvijaya Singh who floated word “Bhagwa-Atank”. Singh insulted Hindus by calling Saffron terrorist,” she proclaimed.

“Digvijaya Singh Swaha”
Taking a jibe at Sadhus’ who held Hatha-Yog for Digvijaya’s victory, Sadhvi said that the Congress leader even cheated sadhus. “In fact, Sadhus are innocent and were clueless about the tactics of Digvijaya, he cheated them and made them join for Hatta-yog. Computer Baba havan will ensure Digvijaya defeat in election. The sadhus in hawan will say Om Tay-Tay Phus, Digvijaya Singh Swaha. Sadhus later openly commented that even after Hatha-Yog, Sadhvi would win the elections.
