The prosecution rested its case trista duarte never show despite warrants out for her arrest for failing to appear in court.

Officials say in february of 20 17 in a palmer township parking lot he shot terrance ferguson, the man with his ex-girlfriend duarte in northampton county courthouse.

The prosecution did call on a deputy and detective involved in the case.

The defense called on a witness there that night who said ferguson first tried running over the defendant before he pulled a gun.
