NEW DELHI: Three employees of a businessman, who had fled with gold bricks, coins and cash - worth Rs 4 crore in total - from his house in south Delhi, were caught from Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. Police have recovered most of the stolen goods from them. DCP (south) Vijay Kumar said that they had received a call about the theft from Panchsheel Park on April 27.

Businessman Kapiraj Singhania gave written complaint to the cops saying that he and his family members had gone to Dubai, leaving their driver, Sanjay Tamang, his wife Pinki and cook Deep Lama to look after the house. Singhania returned on May 3 and found the house locked from outside.
He tried to call the trio, but found their phones switched off. Singhania on entering the house with a duplicate key found his bedroom ransacked and his almirah broken.
