New Delhi, SC on Thursday dismissed the petition seeking probe into Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s alleged British citizenship.

After hearing from all parties including the petitioner Jai Prakash Bhagwan, and respondents, a bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI), refused to hear the petition and dismissed it.

“We dismiss this petition. There is no merit in it,” the CJI said.
