Alappuzha district has registered a pass percentage of 80.29 in the higher secondary (HS) examination the results of which were announced on Wednesday.
Of the 23,107 students who appeared for the examination, 18,552 have qualified for higher studies. As many as 770 students bagged A+ grade in all subjects.
In the technical stream, of the 90 students who attended the examination, 45 have become eligible for higher studies. In the open school category, the pass percentage was 39.28. Of the total 1,782 students who appeared for the examination, 700 have qualified for higher studies.
