Cyclone Fani causes minor damage at Kalinga stadium but hockey event to stay in Bhubaneswar

"I don't know from where these reports come from but we absolutely had no discussions with government about shifting the venue," a top HI told

Six months ago, Bhubaneswar hosted the FIH but last week's wreaked havoc in the city, causing substantial damage.
