RRB ALP CBT 3 admit card released; vision certificate a must for CBAT

NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the Admit Card for Assistant Loco Pilot Computer Based Test (aptitude test) stage 3 on the official regional websites.

Candidates, who have cleared the CBT stage 2 and also got the confirmation message from the board, can download their admit card from the regional RRB websites.


Through login, candidates can check and download e-Call Letter, Travel Pass, Revised score & Shortlist status for Aptitude test.

Also, through login, revised score card, revised short list status for Aptitude test, Candidate response and Master Question paper can be viewed.

Candidates should note that there will be no negative marking in CBT Stage 3 Aptitude Test.

The Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) will have a Test Battery comprising of five tests with a total duration of 71 minutes and candidates will have to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each test of the test battery to qualify for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot.

This is applicable to all candidates and no relaxation is permissible on any ground.

Candidates should note that they must produce Vision certificate as without this certificate and candidates wearing spectacles, will not be allowed to appear in the aptitude test.

Ex Servicemen (Ex-SM) candidates of age 35 and above are eligible for relaxed vision standard, however, they need to produce the vision certificate as well.

The RRB had published the revised result of second stage CBT along with the list of shortlisted candidates for Aptitude Test on April 27, 2019.


However, the Link for viewing Exam date & City intimation and Travel pass (for SC/ST candidates) was made live on April 30, 2019.


The Mock link for Aptitude test is available on the websites of RRBs. Candidates may click on the link to read instructions and to practice mock test.


Also, RDSO has issued a detailed guideline on the Aptitude test, which can be accessed through the RRB websites as well as in RDSO websites. Candidates can view and understand the details of all the five tests with example from the official websites.


All the candidates appearing in Aptitude test are advised to thoroughly read the instructions provided in the guidelines & Mock link and practice the mock test to be familiar with the test.
