Man, 41, had his hands cut off and teeth pulled out after he was bashed to death and set on fire 'in row over a property' - as five men are arrested

The 41-year-old man who was found dead in bushland last year, had had his hands cut off and teeth pulled out after he was brutally murdered, police have revealed.

Police on Wednesday revealed chilling new details of the gruesome murder after arresting five suspects earlier today.
NSW Homicide Squad Commander Scott Cook said Beauchamp had been set on fire, had his teeth removed, and was missing his hands.
It is believed his killers dismembered his body to prevent him from being identified.

Earlier on Wednesday, NSW police arrested four men, aged 19, 22, 23 and 24, in Taree. A fifth man, 42, was later arrested at about 8.30am
'All murders are terrible. This is a gruesome aspect of murder when people's body parts are removed,' Mr Cook said.
Beauchamp is believed to have been bashed to death by two men following a property dispute on Christmas Day, 9news reported.
Police allege two men beat him with a steel bar, causing the man severe head injuries.
Mr Cook called the murder a 'disgrace.'
Four men, aged 19, 22, 23 and 24, were arrested at different homes in Taree at about 7am and were taken to Taree Police Station.
A fifth man, 42, was later arrested at about 8.30am.
Two of the men are expected to be charged with murder, another two will be charged with being accessories after the fact, and one will be charged with concealing a serious crime.
A post mortem examination revealed Beauchamp had been seriously assaulted before his body was taken to the forest and set on fire.
A Rural Fire Service crew found his body at about 6.10am after extinguishing a small fire.
Investigations continue under Strike Force Gretna, which was established by detectives from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad and Manning-Great Lakes Police District to investigate Mr Beauchamp's suspected murder.

Manning-Great Lakes Police Detective Chief Inspector Rod Blackman issued a statement earlier in the year to investigate Mr Beauchamp's lifestyle.
'We're appealing to anybody who has information about Tyron's lifestyle, any of his friends or acquaintances or anybody that may know where he has been in the last couple of weeks, particularly leading up to Christmas Day or thereafter.

Detective Chief Inspector Blackman then went on to detail Mr Beauchamp's reclusive tendencies.
'It appears Mr Beauchamp was a fairly private man — he seemed to keep to himself and had not made many close relationships since moving to the area.'
Mr Beauchamp, who was originally from Queensland, moved into the Taree area in mid-2018.
