This comes after PM Modi had on Monday challenged the Congress to contest the remaining two rounds of Lok Sabha elections in the name of former PM Rajiv Gandhi.
Addressing a rally, the PM while dismissing Congress's angry protests against
his "corrupt number 1" jibe
against the late PM while daring the opposition to contest the remaining rounds of the polls over Rajiv Gandhi's legacy.
After holding a roadshow in support of Sheila Dikshit in North East Delhi, Priyanka Gandhi told a gathering, "I am throwing an open challenge to you. Fight the elections on demonetisation, GST, women's security and all the promises made by you to the youth of this country."
Taking a swipe at the BJP, she further said, "BJP's condition is like those children who don't do their homework and come to school. When teacher asks them they say, 'Kya karoon, Nehru ji ne mera parcha le liya, chhupa diya. Main kya karoon Indira ji ne kagaz ki kashti bana di mere homework ki aur paani mein dubo di.'"

Perched atop a minibus that started from Seelampur, a minority dominated area, Priyanka and Dikshit waved at the ebullient hordes of supporters who were raising slogans "Desh me aandhi Priyanka Gandhi".
The Congress banners adorned the road. Some people were also showering rose petals on her as the minibus passed by.

Priyanka Gandhi is expected to hold another roadshow in South Delhi later today.
