Extraordinary gazettes to be published in e-format

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Government has issued an order to publish extraordinary gazette in electronic format (e-gazette) from June 1.
The departments and institutions, which publish notifications in extraordinary gazette, should provide details including name, post, PEN (permanent employee number), the mobile number linked to SPARK (Service and Payroll Administrative Repository of Kerala), department and office to the officer concerned for getting the username and password, said an official release issued here on Tuesday. The details should be sent to gazette.printing@kerala.gov.in before May 15, the state government circular said.
Notifications should be published using the username and password provided by the department of printing. The content of notifications should be prepared strictly adhering to the guidelines for e-publishing of extraordinary gazette notifications given in the link www.printing.kerala.gov.in.
