The '$50,000 engagement party deal'

Jules and Cameron raised eyebrows in April after it was reported that guests at their engagement party were asked not to share any pictures to social media.

The following day it became apparent why, with the Today show and Nine news repeatedly cutting to a glossy highlights package filmed inside the bash.

Woman's Day later claimed that the couple 'cut a deal with the TV network for $50,000 to allow them exclusive access inside the party'.

Daily Mail Australia contacted the couple's rep for comment at the time, but did not receive a response to this claim.

Cameron's budding career as a TV presenter

After receiving a warm welcome from Married At First Sight viewers, retired cricketer Cameron is keen to return to TV as soon as possible.

Described as 'an ideal candidate for hosting events, TV and corporate' by his management, Cameron spoke candidly about his dreams on Saturday.

Televising their real life wedding

The couple are set to say 'I do' for real later this year.

And speaking to E! Australia in April, Jules said that she and Cameron are 'open' to the idea of broadcasting their nuptials on Channel Nine - presumably for a fee.

'[A lot of] people are saying, "We need to see this! We've been there from the beginning and we feel part of their relationship",' Jules explained.
