Driver that killed 3 in suspected DUI crash makes bail\, family identified

This one happened in sutter county and left two parents..

And their 10-year-old son dead.

They have been identified as 38- year-old jose pacheco, 34-year- old anna pacheco and their 10-year-old son 'angel pacheco'.

The 11-year-old daughter of the couple is hospitalized with major injuries.

C-h-p says "ismael huazo-jardinez" of yuba city was driving drunk and above the speed limit when he plowed his pick-up into their trailer home.

The crash happened saturday about 9:50pm..

As the family was sleeping.

The trailier home is near "knights landing" off "highway 113"..

South of "jennings court" the suspect is out on bail and will make his first court appearance on june 10th.
