The Youth Akali Dal district president Meetpal Singh Dugri said that the leaders and workers of Youth Akali Dal will not allow ruling party Congress to misuse power in Lok Sabha elections. He said that the teams of YAD workers will keep check on distribution of money and drugs by Congress.

The Youth Akali Dal president Meetpal Singh Dugri and Hiteshinder Singh Grewal, son of Shiromani Akali Dal candidate Maheshinder Singh Grewal addressed a meeting in Abdullapur Basti in Atam Nagar constituency. The meeting was organized by Johny, General Secretary of Youth Akali Dal Malwa Zone.

Meetpal Singh Dugri said that the video clip of Congress party which went viral on social media exposed that Congress leaders were planning to distribute drugs, money during elections to woo voters. He added that the Congress is ready to misuse the power in elections and on polling days but Youth Akali Dal will not allow them to misuse power and government machinery. On this occasion, core committee member Arvinder Singh Rinku, Robin Nanda, Gurpreet Singh, Kanwarpal KP and others were present.
