The annual summer philatelic exhibition for schoolchildren was held by the Department of Posts at the Vellore Head Post Office on Tuesday. Competitions were also held where schoolchildren were divided into groups and asked to express their views on various topics through their drawings.
Students were also asked to write a letter to their parents urging them to save money under the Post Office savings schemes. More than 30 schoolchildren took part in the event.
