Shares of optical fibre cable maker Sterlite Technologies Limited climbed as much as 6.6 per cent to Rs 204.4.
Promoters have reached an agreement with their lenders to remove the pledge of the company's shares, Sterlite Technologies said in a statement.
The company expects the removal of the pledge of shares to be completed by end of July
