Candidate matthew mckean is currently the operations manager at wallmann's quality foods grocery store in delphi.

He says the city needs a new change of pace.matthew: i think the whole city is in need of a revitalization, a new energy, a new vision going forward.

Not just for the years but ten and 20 years down the road.micah: revitalization is a major focus for both candidates.

Barbara: one of the things that we need to do is focus on revitalizing our downtown area.

Micah: for candidate barbara pellegrini -who works as a math tutor, this looks like a team of people dedicated to business growth.barbara: i want to start a advisory group to help the new businesses come up with a fiscal plan to help them get through the entire year so that we're not losing businesses year after year.micah: for candidate mckean, it's more of a digital approach.matthew: social media is something we can tackle right away information to people in an instant.
