Shares of Morepen Laboratories added 16 percent intraday Monday after company posted robust numbers for the quarter ended March 2019.
The company's standalone net profit (PAT) was up 125 percent at Rs 9.22 crore against Rs 4.11 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
Total revenue was up by 31 percent at Rs 207.10 crore and consolidated total revenue was up 28 percent at Rs 219.74 crore.
Its export sales revenue up by 51 per cent at Rs. 96.41 crore, while domestic sales revenue up 13 percent at Rs 118.84 crore.
At 11:20 hrs Morepen Laboratories was quoting at Rs 18.85, up Rs 2.05, or 12.20 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 38.15 and 52-week low Rs 14.70 on 02 May, 2018 and 21 February, 2019, respectively.
