Pursuant to §24 of the Capital Markets Act, Realkredit Danmark A/S hereby publishes prepayments as at Friday 3 May 2019. Please find the data in the attached file.

The information will also be available on www.rd.dk.

Due to extraordinary remortgaging activity, Realkredit Danmark has acquired DKK 2.16 bn of DK0009297780 in order to cancel the bonds. The holding will be cancelled prior to 28 June 2019, which will affect the final drawing rate of the ISIN.
