She teamed it with a recycled blazer from Babaton by Aritzia, before adding in the perfect finishing touches thanks to her 'Carolyne' pumps by Manolo Blahnik and earrings by GAS Bijoux.

Confirming the news, Harry appeared on Sky TV and said: 'A very healthy boy, mother and baby are doing incredibly well, it’s been the most amazing experience I could have ever possibly imagined.
'How any woman managed to do with she does is beyond comprehension. We are thrilled by the love and support from everyone out there.
'Still thinking about names, the baby is little bit overdue so we’ve had a bit of time to think about it, so that’s the next bit.
'We’ll be seeing you guys in two days time to share it with you guys and everyone can see the baby.'
He added: 'I haven’t been at many births, this is definitely my first. It was amazing, absolutely incredible, I’m so proud of my wife.

The baby boy is seventh in line to the throne, and the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh’s eighth great-grandchild.
Ahead of the birth, the duke and duchess made a personal decision to keep their arrangements private, amid speculation that they had opted for a home birth at their new home, Frogmore Cottage, close to the Queen’s Windsor Castle home.
They have said they will only share the news of the baby’s arrival once they have had a chance to celebrate privately as a family.

The newest addition to the Windsor family will be a first cousin of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, and a fourth grandchild for the Prince of Wales.
Baby Sussex’s impending arrival comes less than a year after Harry married American former actress Meghan in a glittering ceremony in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Bookmakers will be waiting to see whether they have to pay out on the name, delivery date, and weight of the baby.
Predicted choices include Arthur, Albert, Frederick, James, Charles and Philip for a boy.
