Budapest Airport has celebrated Ryanair’s inaugural flight to Seville, the capital of southern Spain’s Andalusia region. Launching a twice-weekly service today, Europe’s largest low-cost carrier (LCC) is currently the only airline serving the 2,327-kilometre route and now offering eight Spanish destinations from the airport. The Spanish market from the Hungarian capital city saw a 25% increase in traffic last year, a significantly robust growth with continuing potential.
