A 20-year-old man died after a motorcycle allegedly crashed into his scooter near a private college on Sohna-Palwal road on Saturday morning, the police said.

Three persons died within 24 hours in three separate accidents in the city, in areas of which two are on the most accident-prone list—Sohna-Palwal and Kherki Daula.

A 20-year-old man died after a motorcycle allegedly crashed into his scooter near a private college on Sohna-Palwal road on Saturday morning, the police said. The rider of the motorcycle, who was also injured in the accident, has been admitted to a private hospital in Faridabad, the police said. The motorcycle has been confiscated by them.

In another incident, a 20-year-old pedestrian died after he was allegedly hit by a pickup truck, over 200 metres after crossing the Kherki Daula toll towards Manesar, on Sunday. The police said the deceased was rushed to the Rockland Hospital in Manesar where he succumbed to his injuries.

An 18-year-old labourer died after a car allegedly hit him near Rampura Chowk near Manesar on Sunday. The police said the victim was walking on a service lane, when a vehicle coming from the opposite side allegedly hit him. He was rushed to Rockland Hospital in Manesar where he died under treatment. In both the cases, the suspects were booked under sections 279 and 304A of the IPC at the Kherki Daula police station on Sunday, the police said.
