Those selected for pilgrimage from all districts attend

The second phase of Haj classes offered by the Haj Committee concluded on Sunday. The current phase of technical sessions began on April 9, and concluded at the State Haj House at Karipur.

Experienced trainers lead the classes held for those selected for this year’s Haj pilgrimage from all districts.

Central Haj Committee executive officer Maqsud Ahamed Khan inaugurated the valedictory function of the training. He praised the State Haj panel for offering classes in a time-bound manner.

He said the Haj panels of other States should emulate the functioning of the Kerala Haj Committee.

Haj Committee Chairman C. Mohammed Faizi presided.

District Collector Amit Meena, Haj Committee member C. Mohsin, MLA, Abdurahman, alias Inni, H. Muzammil, Kadakkal Abdul Aziz Moulavi, P.K. Ahamed, Mohammed Kasim Koya, and Bahauddin Mohammed Nadvi were present.

Haj coordinator P.K. Assain led the technical session. Master trainers

N.P. Zainuddin and Mujeeb Master, and district trainer P.P.M. Mustafa spoke.
