Porn-addict minors rape 8-year-old girl

Three minor boys, addicted to watching porn videos, raped an eight-year-old girl, who is their neighbour, in Sriganganagar, police said.

Deputy SP of Sriganganagar city circle Ismail Khan said the mother of the girl filed a complaint on May 1 at Mahila police station. In the complaint, she said three minors, aged 8, 10 and 12 years, raped her daughter showing her porn videos.

“The victim, resident of a colony under Sadar police station area, was playing with an accused. The accused was addicted to pornography and would watch it on his father’s cell phone. He targeted the victim along with his two friends,” Khan said.

Police said the incident came to light on May 1 when the girl’s parents took her to a doctor after she complained of abdominal pain. The doctor examined the girl and found that she was raped. During interrogation, the accused confessed that he had raped the victim after watching a porn film. The boys were produced in court after which they were sent to a juvenile reform home, police said.
