Accused In Bank Fraud Fined More Than Scam Amount, Jailed By CBI Court
The prime accused in the a bank fraud case, has been sentenced to life in jail with a fine of Rs 3.13 crore -- significantly higher than the total fraud amount suffered by the bank, said a CBI official.
All the accused in the case were charged and tried by the Special CBI Court in Mumbai.
